Service Scope

OATutors provides online tutoring for O Level, A Level, IGCSE, GCSE, CBSE, Pakistan, and Gulf-related programs based on student needs and tutor availability. Our listed programmes and subject courses are available on the website homepage and programme pages.

Digital delivery (shipping equivalent)

After enrolment and successful payment confirmation, service delivery begins digitally. There is no courier or postal shipping. Delivery includes:

• Access to scheduled live online classes (Zoom / Microsoft Teams or similar)
• Class recordings where applicable
• Study notes, assignments, and practice materials shared electronically
• Parent/student support via WhatsApp, phone, or email

Typical activation is within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and batch placement, unless a later start date is agreed at enrolment.

Scheduling and Batches

Class schedules are arranged based on timezone, grade level, and subject requirements. Batch availability can vary by term and exam session. Families are informed of confirmed timings before regular classes begin.

Tutor Assignment

Tutors are assigned according to subject specialization and student profile. Reassignment may occur for operational or academic reasons to maintain learning quality.

Communication Channels

Service issues

If you cannot access a scheduled class due to an OATutors-side technical failure, we will offer a makeup session or recording where reasonably possible.
